Phoenix Gold ZDAP-SY1 – DSP Upgrade for SsangYong & Daewoo (2005-)
Upgrade the sound experience in your SsangYong or Daewoo with the ZDAP-SY1 DSP Power Up Kit – an effective Plug & Play solution developed for models from 2005 onwards with a factory-fitted basic sound system. The kit delivers significantly improved sound quality with more power, better dynamics, and much greater clarity – completely without modifications to the car's original installation.
The core of the system is the ZDA4.8 Class A/B DSP amplifier with 4 x 70W RMS, which surpasses most factory amplifiers in both power and sound quality. Unlike traditional Class D solutions, Class A/B technology delivers a warmer and more natural sound, giving music more depth and realism. Even without DSP adjustments, the improvement is clear – and with the built-in DSP, the sound system can be precisely fine-tuned to your preferences.
Installation is simple and secure, and the solution integrates directly with the car's original head unit. OEM Impedance Simulation (OIS) ensures full compatibility, while Input Priority retains all original functions and system sounds.
The ZDA4.8 also allows for expansion via four DSP-configurable RCA outputs (channels 5–8), so you can, for example, add a subwoofer and optimize the entire system via the DSP software.
