Upgrade the audio experience in your Ford with the ZDAP-FORD1 DSP Power Up Kit – a complete Plug & Play solution designed for Ford models from 2018 onwards with a factory-fitted basic sound system. The kit delivers significantly improved sound quality with more power, better dynamics, and much higher detail – without modifications to the car's original installation.
The core of the system is the ZDA4.8 Class A/B DSP amplifier with 4 x 70W RMS, which outperforms most factory amplifiers. Unlike traditional Class D solutions, Class A/B technology delivers a warmer and more natural sound, where musical nuances and dynamics are clearly evident. Even without adjustments, the difference is significant – and with the built-in DSP, the sound can be precisely fine-tuned to your preferences.
Installation is simple and secure thanks to the included ZDT and ZDC cable kits. The ZDT connects directly behind the original head unit without cutting wires, ensuring stable power and clean signal transfer. The ZDC then extends the connection to the DSP amplifier, ensuring a discreet and professional installation.
OEM Impedance Simulation (OIS) ensures full compatibility with the car's head unit, while Input Priority retains all original functions and system sounds. With four DSP-configurable RCA outputs, the system can also be expanded with, for example, a subwoofer for even more bass and dynamics.
