The original BMW system combines door speakers and under-seat woofers, which creates distortion and unclear sound. The door speakers are forced to play bass, while the woofers reproduce mid-tones – resulting in muddy and undefined sound.
The ZXMP-BMW1 makes the system active and separates the frequencies correctly. Each speaker plays only the range it is designed for. This provides a much cleaner and more dynamic reproduction.
The included 4 x 60W RMS Class D amplifier delivers significantly more control and power than the original system – without taking up space or requiring modifications.
The kit is 100% Plug & Play, connects behind the original radio, and requires no coding or cutting of wires. OEM Impedance Simulation (OIS) ensures full compatibility without error messages.
With built-in RCA outputs, the system is also ready for future upgrades such as an additional amplifier or subwoofer.
