The ZXMP-PSA2 is developed for newer PSA models from 2015 onwards – including Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel/Vauxhall, as well as selected Toyota Proace variants. The system provides significantly better sound – completely without interfering with the car's original installation.
The core of the kit is the Phoenix Gold ZXM400.4ISO – a compact and efficient 4-channel Class D amplifier with 4 x 60 watts RMS. It delivers significantly more power and control than the car's factory system.
You get higher volume without distortion, clearer vocals, better detail reproduction, and more precise, controlled bass. The entire soundstage becomes more dynamic and balanced across the entire frequency range.
Modern Class D technology ensures high efficiency and minimal heat generation, and the compact design makes installation easy – even in cars with limited space behind the head unit.
Installation is 100% Plug & Play via dedicated ZDT and ZDC cable sets. The system connects directly behind the OEM head unit without cutting, coding, or modifying the wiring harness. The solution is fully reversible and retains all original functions.
OEM Impedance Simulation (OIS) ensures correct speaker load, so the system works flawlessly without error messages or compatibility issues.
With 2 RCA outputs, the system is ready for future expansion – for example, with a separate subwoofer amplifier without the need for a high/low converter.
