K&N Washable and Reusable Air Intake 57-6002

The K&N 57-6002 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air box in some older Nissan 300ZX models. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction and improve airflow.

This allows your engine to breathe a greater amount of air than with the factory air filter. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range.

The 57-6002 air intake comes with a uniquely shaped K&N high-flow air filter with a chrome top that mounts to the resonator box within the former air box area. Air is directed through the air filter into the engine's throttle body for a guaranteed power increase. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 160,000 km before servicing is needed, depending on driving conditions.

This air intake is relatively easy to install, typically in 60 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points and commonly available tools.
